Alvin advises investors, business owners and high-net-worth families on residential and commercial property, with particular experience in investment assets and high-value property decisions.
His work covers Good Class Bungalows, prime landed homes, conservation shophouses, Grade-A offices, whole buildings and more complex cases involving family ownership, inheritance or company decisions.
